Cancellation Policy: 60 + Calendar days prior to arrival, Full refund. 59 days or less prior to arrival, NO REFUNDS of deposit.

Guest responsible for ENTIRE Balance Due within 14 days prior reservation, no exceptions.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given when full balance is processed. Balance due will be processed at Check-in.

Cleaning and Check-Out Instructions, All dishes washed, surfaces wiped down, swept.
All garbage bagged and set firmly in big front porch garbage can. Sort returnable cans and bottles, please keep in separate garbage bags, place next to porch garbage can.
Dirty towels and linens just pile on the floor.
Report any maintenance issues to the lodge so we can fix problems as soon as possible.
Quiet time at resort is 10pm, please be considerate of other guests.
Speed limit on Resort Property is 10mph.
Dog owners must pick up after the pooch and keep contained at all times.
You are now in the mountains, not downtown, there are cute little critters, (mice, squirrels, birds, pine marten, bats and bugs) keep your doors closed and food kept out of their reach.

NO FIREWORKS!! No Smoking.
No Unattended campfires ($525.00 USFS fine) and fires must be kept small (warming type).

Check out: 11:00 am

Deposit: 50% due at time of reservations and the balance + $100.00 Cleaning/damage fees may be assessed, if fixtures are damaged or excessive trash is found.

IMPORTANT WINTER NOTE: You MUST choose a method of winter transportation, the resort is NOT accessible to AUTOMOBILES or 4WD's in winter. Clients may ski or snowmobile on their own, or you must arrange to have Elk Lake Resort provide Snow-Cat or Snowmobile service for you.
